- learn how to be present and manage the different hats we all wear;

- worry and stress less and have more meaning in life;

- learn tips to nourish, charge, protect and clear your energy; and

- learn tips to manage the ups and downs of life with more grace and ease.

We will have guest speakers to share their wisdom on many topics.
